The three treatments are BOF, Banana continuous with organic fertilization; PBIO, Pineapple-banana rotation with Biological organic fertilizer and POF, Pineapple-banana rotation with organic fertilizer. When bananas are harvested, Select 5 healthy plants in every plot randomly, then collect four 0-20 cm soil samples with a 25 cm-sized soil drill at a distance of 10 cm from the plant randomly, and mix them into one soil sample. There are 9 mixed soil samples for every treatment. Take 300 g soil sample of each mixed soil sample through a 2 mm sieve with the quarter method, stored in -70 ? refrigerator for DNA extraction and sequencing.
