Laser-induced graphene sensor measurement dataset for respiration monitoring and SpO2 estimation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains respiration signals acquired using laser-induced graphene (LIG) mechanical deflection sensors for indirect blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) estimation. The data were collected from healthy volunteers in a controlled laboratory environment using wearable graphene sensors attached to the chest. Electrical measurements were performed in constant-current mode, and voltage signals were converted to resistance values to capture breathing-induced mechanical deformation. The dataset includes 89 individual respiration signal recordings, each provided as a separate CSV file (signal_01.csv-signal-089.csv). Each file contains a one-dimensional time-series signal recorded over 20–30 seconds. Reference SpO₂ values associated with each recording are provided in a separate metadata file (spo2_reference.csv) and were obtained using a commercial pulse oximeter during the corresponding measurement window.
