NGOM-HYCOM 1/50 degree Sea Surface Temperature and Velocity, Salinity, Florida Panhandle Bight to Houston, 4/1-7/1, 2010.

The 1/50 deg Northern Gulf of Mexico HYCOM (NGOM-HYCOM) is nested in the NRL's 1/25 deg Gulf of Mexico HYCOM (GOM-HYCOM). NGOM-HYCOM is forced with the 3hourly COAMPS atmospheric forcing and has 30 vertical hybrid layers with extra upper layers to accomodate self circulation. Seventeen rivers are implemented with daily discharges. This dataset contains daily surface variables (U-vel, V-vel, Temperature and Salinity) from day 100 (Apr 10) to day 199 (Jul 18) of 2010.
