The genetic sequence of two Rab1A short hairpin RNA oligonucleotides, used in construction of Rab1A knockdown cell lines. The oligonucleotides were synthesized by GenePharma (Shanghai, China) and were transfected using the LipofectamineTM 2000 transfection reagent.
