Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation

The Indian Bay Watershed Water Monitoring project aims to build community partnerships, identify field sites, and develop and implement sampling protocols for long term, community-based monitoring of the Indian Bay watershed. Water quality data is collected through portable water quality sensors and grab samples sent for laboratory analysis. This information is analyzed with historical data collected by IBEC and provincial databases to determine water quality status and trends in the watershed.
