RNA-seq of phenotypically normal and abnormal Arabidopsis arenosa hybrids from A279 and B772 families

To obtain insights into molecular or physiological processes disturbed in Arabidopsis arenosa plants with deleterious abnormal phenotypes, RNA-seq was performed for 5 normal and 5 abnormal pseudo-F2 individuals from 2 families: A279 from the Sauria population and B772 from the Strecno population.
