scRNA-seq of tumor tissues from four treatment-naive esophageal adenocarcinoma patients

Esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) is the predominant subtype of esophageal cancer in high-income countries, and radioresistance is one of the key factors for the poor prognosis. In this study, we plan to investigate the potential mechanism of radioresistance in EAC.
