Evaluation of the Oppland Model, 1994

Evaluation of the Oppland Model is aiming to identify the results of public employment measures, trying to measure the results for the individual participant. Oppland county has since the early 90s had a special focus on employment measures. Measures participants have proven to be overwhelmingly positive about the social aspects of the measure participation. There is something greater skepticism about the practical usefulness of the measure in relation to the labor market.
