These bigWig files were reformatted from publicly available ChIP-seq data (GEO accession GSE61967; Laurette et al., 2015). Original experiment:Laurette P, Strub T, et al. (2015). Cooperative transcriptional activation by MITF and SOX10 in melanoma. Nature Communications. The present files are reformatted into UCSC Genome Browser–compatible bigWig tracks for visualization of MITF and SOX10 binding. This Zenodo record does not represent new experimental data but a re-hosting of publicly available data in a different format for ease of visualization.
