Amino acid preservation in Martian regolith analogues assessed by HPLC and Raman spectroscopy
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the published study in Journal of Geophysical Research: Planets (2025; DOI: 10.1029/2025JE009070), which investigates the preservation and detectability of amino acids in Martian regolith analogues using a combined chromatographic and spectroscopic approach. The release includes Raman spectroscopic data and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) measurements used to assess the stability and degradation of amino acids under simulated Martian surface conditions. Experiments were conducted across four Mars regolith analogue materials to evaluate the influence of mineralogy and irradiation on amino acid preservation and detectability. In addition, the dataset provides processed analytical outputs supporting the interpretation of spectroscopic and chromatographic signals.
