TripleDB: a curated database of triple-gene and higher-order genetic interactions, version 1.0.0

Access to the data files is temporarily restricted while the manuscript describing TripleDB is being finalized for journal submission. Public access to the full dataset will be restored with the manuscript submission release. Updated: July 2026. TripleDB v1.0.0 is a curated release of TripleDB, a database designed to organize triple-gene and higher-order genetic interactions into searchable, provenance-linked records. The release includes curated core interaction records, gene alias search indexes, BioGRID-derived source evidence indexes, downloadable CSV/JSON files, and the static website files required for local or GitHub Pages deployment. This release is intended to support browsing, searching, downloading, and source-level review of higher-order genetic interaction evidence. Users should cite both the versioned TripleDB release and the relevant original publications or source databases when reusing the data.
