Please find attached the sequences of all the primers used in the RT-qPCR microfluidic assay. Primers used to analyze host and viral genes are separated in two different sheets ("Primers for viral genes" and 'Primers for host genes"). Each time, the 5' 3' sequence of the forward and reverse primers are shown.
