Type 1 immunity enables neonatal thymic ILC1 production

We used scRNA seq to analyze mice organ cells (liver, spleen, thymus and bone marrow) as well as neonatal thymus organ cultures that were treated cytokines IL-12 and IL-18. Overall design: Two sets of scRNAseq samples were created. The first set consists of four samples, all derived from supernatant of neonatal thymus organ cultures (Control, IL-18 treated, IL-12 treated, IL-12 + IL-18 treated); the second set consists of eight samples, one for every combination of organs (Thymus, Spleen, Bone Marrow, Liver) and mice age (Neonate, Adult).
