The effects of SQLE and HGD on the differentiation of ADSCs

This study aimed to investigate the effects of SQLE and HGD overexpression on the differentiation potential of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs). Stable ADSC lines overexpressing SQLE or HGD were established using lentiviral transduction. Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to compare global gene expression profiles among the control group, SQLE-overexpression group, and HGD-overexpression group. The dataset provides insight into the molecular mechanisms by which these genes regulate ADSC differentiation and function.
