VA All Employee Survey (AES) 2020

VA All Employee Survey (AES) data from the 2019 &amp; 2020 AES administrations. Scores are provided at the station level and up, and the occupation level within hospitals.<br><br>The All VA Survey was launched in 1997, rebranded as the All Employee Survey (AES) in 2001, and VA has administered the AES every year since 2006.<br><br>The AES 2020 consists of the following: <br><b>Aggregate Public Release AES Data File</b> - These files have average scores for all core AES items at the following levels of VA (availability begins in 2020):Administration - Functional groupings of VA by serviceVISN/District - Geographic groupings of VHA, VBA, and NCA service providersSite/Office - Specific VA groups (e.g., hospitals, administrative offices)Occupation - For VHA hospitals, data are available at the occupation group level (e.g., physicians, nurses)<b>Deidentified Individual-level Public Release AES Data File</b> - In 2018, VA merged the AES and the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), which is a government-wide employee-perception survey conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The merge means the included FEVS items are offered to all employees and benefit from the AES's high response rate, and we can quickly share results down to the small-team level where they're most actionable. These files have deidentified individual responses for all FEVS items.<b>AES-FEVS Percents Public Data Report</b> - These files have FEVS items reported as percents (as required by Federal statute).
