Specifically, with collected data including identification time, vehicle weight (ton), measured maximum deflection induced by passing vehicles and other related metrics, comprehensive analysis of the bridge's condition under various load and environmental conditions can be conducted, and simulations can be performed to judge whether the load-bearing capacity meets the specified requirements. This data can be used to simulate and identify potential safety hazards in bridges, as well as provide scientific evidence for bridge maintenance and reinforcement. It also serves as a reference data model for bridge structural health research. 1. Data Collection: Bridge structural health monitoring data is collected via high-definition industrial cameras installed on bridge piers and artificial targets at key measurement points. This dataset includes identification time, vehicle weight (ton), measured maximum deflection induced by passing vehicles (mm), vehicle speed (km/h), theoretical maximum deflection, and verification coefficient. Sensitive information has been encrypted during processing. 2. Algorithm Rules: Calculations are performed on the collected data as follows: - Vehicle weight identification: Calculate the weight of passing heavy vehicles using measured bridge deflection data and a vehicle weight identification model; - Vehicle speed identification: Calculate the average vehicle speed using the time difference between characteristic points of the measured bridge deflection curve and the corresponding bridge length. Using the calculated vehicle weight and speed data, nonlinear numerical analysis is conducted on the bridge structure to obtain the theoretical maximum deflection w2. Then, the verification coefficient is calculated using the formula: η = w1/w2. If the verification coefficient η is less than 1, it proves that the bridge's load-bearing capacity meets the requirements.
