To investigate the effect of MPS VI on gene expression in chondrogenic cells, we gene corrected four patient derived hiPSC using a ARSB knock-in into the AAVS1 locus. We differentiated cells into chondrogenic cells using a 14 day protocol, we proformed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq at iPS stage in monoplo and differentiated cells in triplo. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data of isogenic controls after differentation to see the effect of MPS VI on gene expression
