Isogenic pairs of MPS VI gene corrected iPSC and Chondrogenic cells

To investigate the effect of MPS VI on gene expression in chondrogenic cells, we gene corrected four patient derived hiPSC using a ARSB knock-in into the AAVS1 locus. We differentiated cells into chondrogenic cells using a 14 day protocol, we proformed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq at iPS stage in monoplo and differentiated cells in triplo.
