Summarized vulnerability classifications of European EPT species to climate change effects

This dataset is a summary of vulnerability classifications of European Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera (EPT) species in combination with other autecological informations with focus on climate change effects and mountain and high altitude regions.The data summarizes existing climate change vulnerability scores (CCVS) with focus on aquatic communities occurring in the ecoregion European region. The summary includes the vulnerability scores of all classified European EPT species (Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera), their ecoregional occurrence, and the altitudinal preferences of Alpine species.The original data was retrieved via www.freshwaterecology.info and is based on previous studies (Hershkovitz et al. 2015 and Schmidt-Kloiber and Hering 2015).The data consists of a set of tables (3 excel sheets) and one R-script for data analysis.
