The data consist of simulations of the carbon cycle in the terrestrial ecosystems of China from 2015 to 2100, using the Community Earth System Model (CESM) under the SSP1-2.6 scenario. The SSP1-2.6 scenario represents a low-emission pathway, consistent with efforts to limit global warming to well below 2°C. The dataset includes variables such as net primary production (NPP), soil carbon stocks, vegetation carbon, and carbon fluxes between the atmosphere and land. These simulations provide insights into how land-use changes and climate change impact carbon dynamics over time, specifically within the context of China's terrestrial ecosystems.
