The AFTM database reports the transmebrane segments identified by AlphaFold structural models of human proteins and compares them to those in the UniProt database and the Human Transmembrane Proteome (HTP) database.AFTM数据库收录了基于人类蛋白质AlphaFold结构模型所鉴定得到的跨膜区段，并将其与UniProt数据库及人类跨膜蛋白质组（HTP）数据库中的对应数据进行比对分析。
