The Mechanism and Clinical Biomarkers of Compound Ginseng and Astragalus Granules in the Treatment of Qi-Deficiency Type Chronic Heart Failure

Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a major global cause of high mortality, with the Qi-deficiency type being an important syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Compound Ginseng and Astragalus Granules (CGA), an effective TCM formula for treating Qi deficiency syndrome, has been clinically proven to be effective, but its specific mechanism of action remains unclear. The aim of this study is to explore the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of CGA in treating Qi-deficiency type CHF by integrating proteomics and bioinformatics.
