秦巴山区(东经102度54分~112度40分, 北纬30度50分~34度59分)是中国植被覆盖度最大的地区之一。作者以2000-2014年MOD13Q1的NDVI数据(250mX250m,16d)和同期秦巴山区18个气象台站的日观测数据(平均气温、最高气温、最低气温、相对湿度、日照时数、风速及降水量)及大气环流南方涛动指数数据(中国气象局)为数据源,采用非参数化趋势度(Sen)方法计算秦巴山区NDVI变化趋势,得到2000-2014年秦巴山区植被覆盖时空变化数据集。数据集由三组数据组成, 第一组数据包括研究区范围数据(.shp)和数据采集地理位置(气象站点)数据(.xlsx);第二组数据由一系列NDVI空间分布数据组成,包括:(1)2000-2014年历年NDVI最大值空间分布数据和NDVI变化空间分布数据;第三组数据由一系列统计数据组成,包括全区历年NDVI统计、NDVI阈值与像元个数统计、海拔高度与NDVI统计、海拔高度与Hurst指数统计、气象站点气温和降水变化趋势统计、气象站点的降水变化率统计、南方涛动与NDVI统计、造林面积与NDVI对比统计数据等。该数据集存储为.shp, .tif和.xlsx格式,数据压缩为114MB。该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《地理学报》2015年70卷第5期。
The Qinling-Daba Mountains, with geographic coordinates ranging from 102°54′E to 112°40′E and 30°50′N to 34°59′N, is one of the regions with the highest vegetation coverage in China. This study took MOD13Q1 NDVI datasets (250 m × 250 m spatial resolution, 16-day temporal resolution) from 2000 to 2014, daily observation data (including average air temperature, maximum air temperature, minimum air temperature, relative humidity, sunshine duration, wind speed and precipitation) from 18 meteorological stations in the Qinling-Daba Mountains during the same period, and the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) data from the China Meteorological Administration as data sources. The non-parametric Sen's slope method was adopted to calculate the NDVI change trends, and the spatio-temporal variation dataset of vegetation coverage in the Qinling-Daba Mountains from 2000 to 2014 was finally established.
This dataset is composed of three groups of data:
The first group includes the study area boundary data (.shp) and the geographic location data of meteorological stations (.xlsx);
The second group consists of a series of NDVI spatial distribution datasets, specifically: (1) spatial distribution data of annual maximum NDVI and spatial distribution data of NDVI change trends from 2000 to 2014;
The third group is made up of various statistical datasets, including annual NDVI statistics for the entire region, statistics of NDVI thresholds and pixel counts, statistics of elevation and NDVI, statistics of elevation and Hurst index, statistics of temperature and precipitation change trends at meteorological stations, statistics of precipitation change rates at meteorological stations, statistics of Southern Oscillation Index and NDVI, comparative statistics of afforestation area and NDVI, etc.
This dataset is stored in .shp, .tif and .xlsx formats, with a compressed size of 114 MB. The research findings based on this dataset were published in *Acta Geographica Sinica*, Volume 70, Issue 5, 2015.
