Validation dataset for SABR (Spacer Alignment-Based Resistance predictor). Contains 39 bacterium–phage pairs: 9 resistant pairs (validation_data_v5) spanning Type I-A, Type I-F, Type II-A, and Type III-B CRISPR systems across Sulfolobus, Pseudomonas, and Streptococcus thermophilus; and 30 susceptible pairs (validation_data_v6) spanning diverse bacterial genera and phage types. All resistant pairs are supported by published experimental evidence. Includes bacterial and phage FASTA files and validation manifest CSV files.
