Supporting Data for "Microscopic friction–fracture feedback governs long-term brittle strength"

This dataset contains the COMSOL Multiphysics models and MATLAB scripts used in the study “Microscopic friction–fracture feedback governs long-term brittle strength”. Included files: 1. A COMSOL model for single-crack creep simulations using the polystyrene experimental parameters (Group 1); 2. A COMSOL model and MATLAB scripts for single-crack simulations of Westerly granite with fixed rate-and-state friction parameters and Monte Carlo parameter sampling (Group 2); 3. A COMSOL model and MATLAB scripts for crack-population simulations with uniform and normal orientation distributions (Group 3); and 4. README.md with detailed instructions for reproducing the analyses.
