The genus Geranium chloroplast genome sequence

Whole-genome sequencing of Geranium was performed. Total amount of sequence data was 5Gb. The project aims to gain chloroplast whole genome sequences by genome skimming. Assembly sequences were gained by de novo assembly. The study goal is to elucidate phylogenetic relationships of the Japanese Geranium using the assembly sequences.
