Reproducible datasets and scripts supporting: “Interphase-Resolved Performance in PA6/TiO₂ Nanocomposite Fibers: Four-Phase Geometry Linking Structure to Mechanical and UV Protection (Polymers, 2025)”Version: v1.0 Data license: CC BY 4.0 Code license: MIT Contents DSC: processed cooling curves (20 °C·min⁻¹), Kissinger E_k table, iso-conversional (KAS) E vs X, Nakamura global-fit parameters, bootstrap summaries. SAXS: 1D I(q) after Bragg removal, Porod invariants (Q1–Q3, Q_total), three-phase volume fractions (polymer-only basis), interfacial metrics (t_i, S_v, Γ_i), diagnostics (fit/residual/marks). WAXS: multi-peak results (α/γ), Scherrer crystallites, Hermans orientation (MC curated), baseline-corrected I(q) and checks. REPRODUCE.md: end-to-end instructions; requirements_full.txt for one-click pip install. Release notes (v1.0)This is a v1.0 reproducible release for peer review and reuse. It includes processed 1D curves, key derived tables, and analysis scripts/environment files that allow regeneration of all figures/tables reported in the manuscript.Due to file-size constraints and beamline data policy, the raw 2D detector frames (SAXS/WAXS) are not included in v1.0; they are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request and are planned to be deposited in a subsequent v2.0 record.
