2016 Fighting Game Community Online Survey Public Dataset

This dataset (n = 436) deals with a survey that covers experiences within the fighting game community as a whole and within game-specific communities they may be a part of. The questions involve these topics: perceptions of others' understanding of the community respondents' sense of community within the game-specific community they identify with most what makes a good/bad player general demographic information, such as age, where they live, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disability status, among others Qualitative responses are not shared publicly due to what was promised to participants in the consent form.
