Similar case retrieval is a critical support for effectively resolving inconsistent judicial standards, further improving trial quality and efficiency, advancing judicial services for the people, and promoting judicial justice. Under the guidance of the Supreme People's Court of China, China Law Research Institute has developed an intelligent similar case push service based on massive judicial big data, which conducts multi-dimensional matching based on similar case elements. Its application values are as follows: 1. Reducing the workload of users when retrieving similar cases; 2. Improving the accuracy of users' retrieval results; 3.
