类案检索是有效破解裁判尺度不一，进一步提升审判质效、促进司法为民、推进司法公正的重要支撑。在最高人民法院指导下，中国法研研发了以海量司法大数据为基础，通过多维类案要素匹配的类案智能推送服务。 使用价值：1、降低用户检索类案的工作量；2、提升用户检索结果的准确性；3、降低法律知识学习成本。Similar case retrieval is a critical support for effectively resolving inconsistent judicial standards, further improving trial quality and efficiency, advancing judicial services for the people, and promoting judicial justice. Under the guidance of the Supreme People's Court of China, China Law Research Institute has developed an intelligent similar case push service based on massive judicial big data, which conducts multi-dimensional matching based on similar case elements. Its application values are as follows: 1. Reducing the workload of users when retrieving similar cases; 2. Improving the accuracy of users' retrieval results; 3.
