Interactions of host disease susceptibility, warming, and microbiome response

These samples represent leaf microbial communities from Zostera marina (eelgrass). These samples were taken in association with an experimental warming treatment where eelgrass was grown under warmed or cooled conditions and effects on growth and recovery from stress were managed. We then compared levels of Labyrinthula disease infection intensity and prevalence and compared microbial community composition in various backgrounds.
