Gloucestershire: Digital Inclusion and Support Services Survey

This dataset contains responses from the Gloucestershire Digital Inclusion and Support Services Survey, conducted by the University of Gloucestershire’s Countryside and Community Research Institute in collaboration with Gloucestershire County Council. The online survey targeted organisations in Gloucestershire which provide digital inclusion support and was open from mid-October to 3 December 2025. It covered organisational characteristics, geographic coverage, rural targeting, support activities, client groups, delivery barriers, local digital inclusion challenges, perceived outcomes, monitoring and evaluation practices, and additional rural-specific questions. A total of 24 organisations responded, including 10 organisations targeting rural and 14 non-rural-targeting organisations.
