采用中国儿童的实际乳牙数字模型作为乳牙预成冠牙模设计的研究数据,可用于乳牙预成冠的牙模设计,使乳牙预成冠形态更逼真;也可用于乳牙修复体建模参考。首先通过采集浙江杭州106例3~12岁不同年龄男、女儿童乳牙的口内扫描数据,经筛选剔除掉具有乳恒牙交替、融合牙及乳牙掉落恒牙萌出不全的74例口内扫描数据后,对剩余符合要求的32例儿童乳牙的口内扫描数据,通过牙模设计软件对以上口内扫描数据进行每个牙位的解析测量,得到按标准型、方圆形和卵圆形3类划分的儿童乳牙的数据,对以上数据经G检验去掉可疑值,数据经正态性检验判断后,计算出标准型、方圆形和卵圆形3类儿童乳牙数据在99%置信度下的置信区间。

This research dataset utilizes actual digital models of primary teeth from Chinese children as study data for the design of prefabricated crowns for primary teeth, which can be employed to design more morphologically realistic prefabricated primary tooth crowns, and also serve as a reference for modeling of primary tooth restorations. First, intraoral scan data of primary teeth were collected from 106 male and female children aged 3 to 12 years in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. After screening out 74 cases with mixed dentition, fused teeth, or exfoliated primary teeth accompanied by unerupted permanent teeth, the remaining 32 eligible cases were subjected to detailed measurements of each tooth position using crown design software, generating datasets of primary teeth categorized into three morphological types: standard, squarish, and oval. Subsequently, suspicious values were removed from the datasets via the G-test. Following normality assessments of the processed data, confidence intervals at a 99% confidence level were calculated for the three morphological categories of primary teeth.
