Study on the virulence, antibiotic resistance and genomics of Trueperella pyogenes in sheep and goats in parts of northwestern China.

Various clinical pathological tissues from sheep and goats in northwestern China were collected for study. Trueperella pyogenes was isolated from these tissues, and its toxin gene carrying, antibiotic resistance, and genome evolution relationships were investigated.
