A Description of the Battle of Waterloo. Also Called The Battle of Mont-Saint-Jean or the Belle Alliance

This is a digitised copy of a manuscript held in Archives & Special Collections in the University of Glasgow Library. It consists of three sections: First section, paginated with Roman numerals, I to VI. Page I 'Preliminary, or, Introductory Observations'. Page III 'Introductory Observations, Previous to the Important and Memorable, Battle of Waterloo'. Page V 'Introductory Observations'. Second Section, consecutively numbered 1 to 139. “The Battle of Waterloo. Or the Price of Complete Victory, on the plain’s [sic] of Mont-Saint-Jean, And, Belle Alliances. With many circumstantial details, In the Short Campigne [sic] of Napoleon Buonaparte [sic] in 1815. And other important matters, of the Allied army. &c By A Britain [sic].” Third Section – An Addendum. Section with an introductory page, first sentence reads 'N. B. The Publisher begs to observe, that the following pages is an essential part to be added to the description of the Battle of Waterloo.' Bottom of the introductory page of the addendum has been signed with the initials 'T.K' Subsequent pages of the addition are numbered 1 to 11. Page 1 titled 'Battle of Waterloo
