Comparison of the impact of specific microbiota on mouse CD4+ T cell response during chronic infection using scRNA-Seq. Overall design: Specific pathogen free (SPF), oligo mouse microbiota12-colonized (OMM12), and germfree (GF) mice received 5000 adoptively transferred SMARTA T cells 5 days prior infection with LCMV Cl-13.
