Transcriptome of leaves and fruits of Elaeocarpus braceanus

The lack of information about the metabolome and transcriptome of E. braceanus makes it difficult for us to understand the material basis of its medicinal value. Therefore, we sequenced the transcriptome of fruits and leaves of E. braceanus, and analyzed the transcriptome differences of different tissues. Combined with metabolomic analysis, it was found that there is a significant difference in flavonoids and phenolic acids between these two tissues.
