资源简介:
The project collected survey data as part of a two round Delphi study. Survey responses were used to establish a set of key principles for care planning in older adult care homes in England.
One hundred participants completed Round 1, and 80 participated in Round 2. In Round 1, 74 out of 78 statements met the consensus threshold, and 73 statements that exceeded the threshold underwent revisions. Revisions primarily focused on terminology, language clarification, and an increased emphasis on residents' consent and autonomy. After Round 1, four statements were combined, and five new statements defining person-centered care were added, resulting in 79 statements. All statements in Round 2 achieved the consensus threshold. Following Round 2, minor changes were made to 24 statements, and two new statements were added, leading to a final document of 81 statements.
Respondents were asked for their consent to deposit their anonymised survey data. Of the 100 people who took part in round 1, 80 gave permission for their anonymised survey data to be deposited. Of the 80 people who took part in round 2, 68 gave permission for their anonymised survey data to be deposited.
