Bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the most important food crops. In this study, we performed Transcriptome analysis of 1mm ovary for wild type wheat JW1 and pINO lines that overexpression of the TaCYP78A5 under pINO promoter. To investigate the mechanisms underlying TaCYP78A5 affects the grain size and possible mobile molecular downstream.
