To investigate the role of DOCK1 in trophoblast regulation, we established HTR-8 lines in which DOCK1 has been knocked out by sgRNA using CRISPR/Cas9. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for DOCK1-KO and its control in HTR-8 cells.
