Dataset of patients' clinical efficacy in treatment of anti-tumor drug-related hand foot syndrome

We ordered to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Danggui Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of anti-tumor drug-related hand-foot syndrome and its effect on quality of life and immune function. A total of 60 cancer patients in Changzhou Wujin traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were collected, these patients have had hand-foot syndrome after receiving capecitabine or capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin. We adopted a randomized and controlled design to divide patients into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Danggui Guizhi Decoction, and the control group was given urea cream. The WHO classification of HFS, TCM symptom scores, Skinder-16 quality of life scores, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.The attached Excel data file includes two sheets.“Treatment Group” sheet: General data, WHO classification of HFS,Skinder-16 score and T lymphocyte of paitents in the treatment group.“Control Group” sheet: General data, WHO classification of HFS,Skinder-16 score and T lymphocyte of paitents in the control group.
