These two volumes contain what appears to be an almost complete set of the forms used in the Department at the time. A table of contents is included in the front of each volume. The two volumes were originally provision registers for the asylums at Kenmore and Parramatta between 1915 and 1920 and record receipts and issues of household sundries such as kerosene, soap, starch, and of tobacco, beer, wine and spirits.
