福建省-环境卫生管理-全省各设区市项目碳绩效指数信息

以国家和省级公开发布碳排放强度基准（标准）作为评价依据，评价建设项目碳排放水平，评价指标包括包括单位工业增加值碳排放Q工增、单位工业总产值碳排放Q工总、单位产品碳排放Q产品、单位能耗碳排放Q能耗。
推荐行业单位工业增加值碳排放参考值（见表），并将项目单位工业增加值碳排放水平分为三类（见表）。其他评价指标无国家或省级绩效基准（标准）时，可参考国内外既有的行业碳排放绩效标准。该表数据时间范围为:2021年-至今

Taking the publicly released national and provincial carbon emission intensity benchmarks (standards) as the evaluation basis, the carbon emission performance of construction projects is evaluated. The evaluation indicators include carbon emission per unit of industrial added value (Q_gongzeng), carbon emission per unit of industrial gross output value (Q_gongzong), carbon emission per unit of product (Q_product), and carbon emission per unit of energy consumption (Q_energy_consumption). Reference values for carbon emission per unit of industrial added value in recommended industries are provided (see Table), and the carbon emission level of projects per unit of industrial added value is divided into three categories (see Table). For other evaluation indicators without national or provincial performance benchmarks (standards), existing industry carbon emission performance standards from domestic and international sources can be referenced. The data time range of this table is 2021 to the present.
