Allergy, Immunology and Cell Biology Unit (AICBU) at University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka has been involved in Covid19 genome sequencing using both Illumina and Oxford Nanopore platforms since April 2020. All the resulting sequences have been uploaded to GISAID database on regular basis.
