SEM micrograph dataset of Elaphomyces spores for AI-based species identification

This dataset contains high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM)micrographs of Elaphomyces ascospores representing multiple morphologicallysimilar species. A total of 640 raw TIFF images were acquired understandardized imaging conditions to ensure consistency and comparability.The dataset was generated to support artificial intelligence–basedidentification and classification studies of Elaphomyces species andincludes species-specific folders and accompanying metadata.
