Use of space 2009-2015 -2019 (Géopackage/Lambert93)

The Rouen Urban Planning Agency (Agence d’Urbanisme de Rouen et des Boucles de Seine et Eure) has developed an observation tool at the level of the Rouen living area which aims to identify the different uses of the territory and to identify their changes. The agency has thus produced three vintages of the Mode d’Usage de l’Espace (EUTM): 2009, 2015 and 2019. The identification of uses is based on the interpretation of the orthophotographs taken by the IGN. The EUTM is therefore a ‘snapshot’ of uses, the analysis of which contributes to the understanding of the urban and landscape dynamics of the territory.
