Drosophila third-instar larval CNS template and painted domains

The third-instar larval central nervous system template and its painted domains for Drosophila melanogaster, served on Virtual Fly Brain as L3 CNS template - Wood2018 (VFB_00049000) with 255 painted domains. Virtual Fly Brain is the only public host for this template. template/ holds the neuroglian (BP-104) template with separate brain and VNC volumes, an LPS-oriented CNS volume and a surface mesh; the full-resolution NRRD and Woolz volumes are split into chunks to stay under GitHub's file size limit and must be concatenated before use. combinedIndexFiles/ and individualDomainFiles/ hold the domain index volumes. refData/ holds IndexKey.tsv, covering both lineage pipe domains and neuropil compartment domains, plus neuronInfo.tsv and the loader notebooks used to build the VFB records. CompartmentOverlap/ holds a neuron-by-compartment overlap matrix in cubic microns, as NRRD and TSV. Note on the overlap matrix: central brain domains are painted as a single bilateral domain while VNC domains are painted per side, so overlaps are not symmetric between the two regions.
