The overall goal of this study was to investigate the role of CHRM1 in contributing to DTX resistance in human prostate cancer cells. First, we compare gene expression profiles in DTX-resistant versus DTX-sensitive 22Rv1 cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from DTX-resistant 22Rv1 cells treated with or without 25 µM Dic for 72 hrs, with each group of duplicates.
