Body surface potential driven personalisation of electrophysiological digital twins in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
收藏资源简介:
We present patient-specific torso meshes for 17 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients. This cohort was created by the authors as part of the study "Body surface potential driven personalisation of electrophysiological digital twins in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy" . Each mesh is a whole-torso finite-element model incorporating 23 anatomical regions. These meshes were consequently used for forward electrophysiological modelling and body surface potential computation. The dataset comprises one ZIP archive per patient. Each archive contains that patient's torso mesh in two formats: CARP format (carp_txt): the .pts, .elem, and .lon files used directly by openCARP/CARPentry. VTK format (.vtk): the equivalent mesh for general-purpose visualisation and processing (e.g. in ParaView). Both formats describe the same geometry and are provided for convenience across simulation and visualisation workflows.
