Residual stress, fatigue, and surface roughness data for SLM-printed MS1 steel
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains experimental data generated within a project focused on the optimization of Selective Laser Melting (SLM) process parameters for maraging tool steel MS1 in order to minimize tensile residual stresses directly during manufacturing, without the need for subsequent heat treatment and with a positive impact on fatigue performance. The dataset includes residual stress measurements (X-ray diffraction and hole-drilling method), fatigue testing data, and surface roughness measurements (Ra, Rz, Sa, Sz). Data are provided for specimens produced using both standard process parameters and an optimized parameter set (SP120). The data support validation of an optimized 3D printing strategy and are intended for further research and potential industrial application.
